Oh my gosh. Welcome back to another episode of the Charm Live Project. I am so happy you're here. Truly. Take a second wherever you are right now, whether you're driving, walking, getting ready for your day, just arrive here with me. Take a breath in. And let it all go because today's episode is not just an energy update, it's an integration point. April opened the door and May asks, what are you gonna do with it? April felt like it was this massive activation, and May is embodiment. Okay. April was fast. It gave us clarity, lots of movement, lots of decisions, and you likely felt that things were shifting quickly. You had this sudden inner knowing and you just had moments where you went for it. And now we're in May and may feels different, feels slower, but deeper. Grounded but powerful. This is not a month of chasing. This is the month of becoming. April showed you what's possible and may ask you to live like it's already yours. So the energy of stabilization and expansion may carries a very specific frequency. Are you ready for this? It's gonna bring in stabilization and expansion at the same time, so it's gonna feel really balanced. Which means you're anchoring what just shifted while also being shifted and stretched into more. You might feel a desire for a routine, a need for grounding, but also a quiet pull towards growth. This is where people get confused because it's not chaotic growth anymore. It's gonna feel, here's the thing, it's gonna feel amazing for some, and then others are gonna be like, what the heck is going on? This is intentional expansion. The test here, can you hold what you called in? Here's the real theme of May. Okay? Not can you manifest it, but can you hold it? Can you hold clarity without slipping back into doubt? Can you hold alignment without self-sabotage? Can you hold peace without self-creating chaos? Because sometimes the hardest part isn't receiving, it's just sustaining. So may brings moments where old patterns try to resurface. You feel tempted to go back and your nervous system wants the familiar, this is not regression, this is actually integration. This is gonna be a really, really good thing. A lot of my clients and I have been working through this all April long. In preparation for May, we've been working on the seven year cycle and the 10 year cycle. I wanna invite you to do the same. When I work with my intuitive clients, or when I work with my spiritual life coaching clients. We often go into the energy of the next month or the month that we're working in. I took some time with each one of my clients and we really worked into what was going on in your life seven years ago. And the themes that correlate with what you're experiencing right now and what was going on in your life 10 years ago and what those themes were during that time. I invite you to do that. I invite you to go back to seven years. I invite you to go back to 10 years. Look at the common themes. If you can't find them, you have to dig a little deeper'cause they are going to be there. This is going to give you a lot of guidance on what needs to be integrated identity work. This is where it locks in May is deeply connected to identity, but not in a conceptual way. In a lived way. This is where you follow through on what you said you would do. This is where you're gonna keep promises to yourself and show up consistently. It might feel less exciting than April, but this is where everything becomes real. This is the month where your new identity either becomes a habit or a memory. I know which one I'm choosing. When we go into relationships, it's all about safety and depth. Relationship energy in may really softens, but it also deepens. This is about emotional safety, consistency, trust. Things you might notice is wanting deeper connection over surface level excitement, needing clarity and communication, and craving stability. And here is the big shift. April revealed the truth and May is asking you what are you building with it? This is probably the most important part of the energy update for May. So tune in and listen up to this part because this is really important. Slow does not mean stuck. Because May might feel slower than April. Your mind might interrupt that as, did I lose momentum? You didn't. You move from activation to embodiment. And embodiment takes presence, repetition, and grounding. The slowness in May is not a setback. It's a rooting. So tuning into this energy, and anytime your mind comes in and is like, you're not producing, you're not doing this, you're not doing that. I want you to go back to this embodiment mantra of presence. Repetition and grounding. I want you to visualize that you are this beautiful tree. Whatever tree you want to experience, you're this amazing tree blowing in the wind in the gorgeous spring, summertime, and your roots are going deep into the earth. So, so important rituals to work with with this amazing. Beautiful may energy. Let's make it a little practical. Here are a few rituals to support you this month. I love this one because it only takes about five or 10 minutes. So this is a morning grounding ritual. Before checking your phone, before getting out of bed, place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly. Take five slow breaths, and then ask yourself this question. What version of me am I choosing to be today? You're gonna let that question sink in and whatever answer comes up, let that answer guide your day. Another ritual is a commitment ritual, a weekly reset. Once a week, write down three things you're committed to this week, and three ways you will show up differently. Then say out loud, I trust myself to follow through. This builds self-trust so fast. I can't tell you how many of my clients come to me and they're like, how do I follow my intuition? How do I get out of my head? How do I know what is intuition and what is fear? This is a sign of not having self trust. And building self-trust is really committing to yourself and being disciplined. Write down your three things that you're committed to this week, and then your three ways that you're gonna show up differently. Another ritual that I love is a release ritual, and this is gonna be for old pattern. When you feel yourself slipping, I want you to write down the pattern. I'm overthinking, I'm people pleasing, I'm overextending. I want you to acknowledge it without judgment, and then rewrite. I choose blank. Instead, you can rip the paper, discard it, burn it, bury it, do whatever you need after. But this will really help you acknowledge what you're experiencing. And when we choose to experience our feelings, oftentimes they go away. Don't run from them. If you're having an overthinking moment, a people pleasing moment, an anxiety moment, talk to yourself. Ask yourself what you need. Ask yourself what will make you feel better in this moment. Acknowledge the feelings, and then give yourself an action step. An evening integration practice. This is gonna be like while you're winding down at night and you're gonna ask yourself, where did I show up as my higher self today? This is gonna reinforce your identity change. If you haven't noticed, may is kind of introverted. It's very curious. It's very deep and it's going into the depth of your soul. Next, we have some amazing journaling prompts for May. If you know me, I'm an avid journaler. I do not go a day without journaling for at least an hour. Right in the morning. I write to my angels, my guides, I talk about my day before. The day ahead. I write down my dreams. That is how I connect with myself. And as a psychic medium and spiritual life coach and such a sensitive human being, connecting with myself is one of the most important things I do for self-trust and self-love. Getting to journaling prompts for May. If you really wanna go deep this month, use these prompts. Who am I becoming and where am I still holding back? What does consistency look like in my life right now? Where do I feel tempted to go back to old patterns? What would it look like to fully trust myself this month? What am I building? Not just manifesting? Where in my life do I need more grounding, not more effort. Really take your time with these. These are not surface level questions. Really be curious about yourself. With the flow of May in the beginning of May, its integration slower energy and reflection about mid-May. Stability builds confidence, grows through consistency, and by the end of may, you feel more grounded, more clear, and more you. Not because something external changed, but because you did, let's take another breath together again. Take a big inhale and a big exhale may is not asking you to chase anything. It's asking to hold yourself. Trust yourself and become someone you can rely on because the life you want, it's built through the version of you that shows up even when it's quiet, even when it's slow, even when no one is watching.
